Allen Wayne Johnson, 73, of 1472 Copas Rd. Shallotte NC went to be with his Lord and Savior suddenly on Jan 5 2018. Wayne was residing with his ex-wife and long time friend Brenda Johnson. He was proceeded in death by his father Marvin A. Johnson, mother Mable L. Johnson and brother Michael L Johnson. Wayne was a native of Greensboro NC. He was a pipefitter for 35 yrs for companies like Insulation specialist, Tri City Mechanical. He is survived by his loving children, daughter Sherry Lynn Johnson of Eden N.C, son Timothy Wayne Johnson of Wilmington N.C daughter Joy Elizabeth Johnson of Wilmington N.C, son Jay Thomas Johnson of Shallotte N.C and Allen Keith Johnson of Burgaw N.C. Step-daughter Melanie Hope Hunt of Greensboro N.C. five grandchildren and six great grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and eight step-great grandchildren.
