Girls,
I remember Anne so well as she and your dad lived 3 doors up the street from where I was also growing up and being best friends with Ann Walton who lived across the street. I remember her more as she and Flossie Tavss used to walk together and my husband and I would see them on their walks. She always seemed so active . I know you will miss her.

Anne I am sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother. I still go by the old neighborhood and remember the days of us all growing up in Grove Park. Those were the days. I posted sometime ago our classroom pic in Mrs VanOots room. There are still a few around from the day. Anyway, I am praying and thinking of your family as your friendship is long remembered. Come see us if you come to Danville . Newton
