Cynthia Ann, 61, passed away peacefully at her home in bed on December 5, 2020. She is survived by her parents, Archie Sherman Foster and Mary Joyce Reid as well as her brother, Randy Foster. Her children Shayne Wagoner, Adam Wagoner, Mary Beth Walker and son Maddox Lee Walker, Jason Wagoner also survive her in her passing.
Cynthia was a private person and never wanted to be the center of attention. Services will be private for immediate family members only.
