Elizabeth Smith Romeo
January 17, 1939 - September 1, 2016

Elizabeth Smith Romeo, age 76 of Wilmington, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington.
Mrs. Romeo is survived by her loving husband, Frank Romeo, step-son Mark Romeo of Wilmington, two sons; Tracy Barnhill and his wife Cindy of Alabama, and James Elliot of South Carolina. She also leaves behind three grandsons; Josh and Kenny of Alabama and James Carver and Stephanie of Castle Hayne and her great granddaughter Olivia Lane Carver also of Castle Hayne.
Mrs. Romeo loved spending time with her family and in her spare time she enjoyed art and painting.
Arrangements are in the care of Coastal Cremations. Services will be held at a later date.
