Dora, as we all called her, and I grew up in Windsor Forest. We came from the same stock and loved each other dearly. One incident I always recount. Sometimes she would say, do you remember that? My response would be, ” I will never forget”. On our way back to school one rainy day we chose to cross over the trench via a plank instead of using the dam. Jumping up and down on the plank but not in unison caused me to topple into the water and lose my balance. I cannot swim. So I would have drowned. But she did not panic. We were around 9 and 10 years old. Whenever I recount this episode I say God gave her the presence of mind to stay put, not run away. He also gave her the strength to pull me up so I was able to climb back onto the plank. I will never forget you dear cousin. May her soul rest in peace.

Our sincerest condolences to the children, grandchildren, siblings Danny and Linda, other relatives, and friends on the passing of our beloved Cousin Dora.
I know it hurts and you’ll miss her dearly (we lost our mom a few weeks ago). But every day as you venture out in the world and live, love, laugh, care for, and help each other, it would be a sterling tribute to her and the happiness she would desire of you all.
Be comforted at this time of grief, pain, and sorrow.
Sleep peacefully in God’s everlasting arms Cousin Dora! You’ll be missed.
