Ronnie and Herb’s Children –
Herb was a wonderful guy and just a great person to know. He was “the Big Guy” at the City of Cleveland’s Community Development Department -.where I was proud to work with him for nearly 20 years. An expert in working in the neighborhoods, he was a staunch friend who always stood behind his staff.Take care, my friend….
