Condolences to her family and all who knew her. She was my teacher at Bolivar Elementary (Ohio) during the late 70’s. One of the best by far. A genuinely great person.

This is sad news. My very deepest sympathies to her family and friends. She made a difference in the world as a teacher. I had her for 4th and 6th grade at Bolivar Elementary in Ohio. She fought to keep a huge red maple tree in front of the school from being cut down. It was majestic. This is one of the few things she did that influenced me without understanding it fully at the time. Rest in peace.

We are so saddened to hear about Janes passing. She was the Best friend and Teacher anyone could ask for. It will be hard to break the news to Derek when he gets home from work today. We were concerned when we didn’t hear from her over the holidays last yr. I knew something wasn’t right. We will always remember our vacations in Holden Beach. We would always look forward to spending time with Jane and Ron. Especially recall the time Jane and Alice and Derek took those inner tubes down the lagoon. To Ron and the family, we are sending prayers and hugs.
