My deepest sympathies to Jeanette and the whole family. To know John, was to love John! I don’t think I’ve ever met a person that didn’t love and/or respect the man and doctor he was. John was the ying to Jeanette’s Yang, her voice of reason, and they were each others solitude and happy place. Rest in peace my sweet friend.

I am so sorry for the loss of such a bright star in our sky. My memories are mostly when John was a very little boy, combining the crew of Georgitis boys with the 7 Fisher cousins. It was bedlam and the most fun a group of youngsters could ever have on the coast of beautiful Maine.

We Fisher’s are very sorry for your loss. A visit to the Georgitis clan for lobsters, clams and mac ‘n cheese in Steuben was a staple of our summer vacations.

Dr. G was such a caring pediatrician and truly loved his little people at NC Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem. It was such a great honor working with him. I a so sorry for his loss.

Dr G was our son’s doctor at Baptist. Another doctor prepared us « nothing more could be done ». Dr G figured it out. Our son still follows Dr G’s guidelines for travel and care to keep in asthma at bay. He is now in medical school program in Boston. How different our lives would have been without Dr G. Bless you all
