Kenneth “Andy” Watts II, 50, of Wilmington, NC, died August 24^th at Lower Cape Fear Hospice.

He was born in Wilmington, NC to Judy (Evans) Powell. He graduated from Hoggard High School in 1994. He was a commercial electrician for many years with Watson Electric. His career led him to New York, which he enjoyed but hated the cold. Andy was well loved by everyone that he came across and was always willing to go the extra mile for his family and friends. He was the type of person who would give the shirt off his back for others. He was very proud of his family, and he always talked about his love for them. He was a lover of music, food and festivals. He was a lover of animals, especially his cat Punky.

Andy was preceded in death by Grandparents William A. Evans, Dorothy W. Evans and brother Billy G. Simmons and Marrion D. Powell.

Andy is survived by his Mother Judy M. Powell and Father Charles L. Powell Sr., sisters Lisa M. Watts, Amanda L. Call (Jason Call), Ariel M. Powell, Jeneva D. Powell, brothers Kelvin Powell, Nolan Powell and Charles Powell, nephews Christopher M Flanders, Charles E. Powell, nieces Victorya M. King and Lillyan M. Phillips.

He also leaves behind a very special aunt Dorothy Zettelmaier and Uncle Bill Evans.

A celebration of life will be held September 5^th at Federal Point Pentecostal church (629 Piner Rd. Wilmington, NC) from 11 to 1.
