Kenneth Russell Clark
July 27, 1963 - December 17, 2022

Kenneth Russell Clark, aged 59, of Nichols, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday evening December 17th, 2022.

Born in Bridgeton NJ, raised in Hopewell, Kenny was the son of Edward J Clark (Paula) and the late Eleanor F (nee Mattson) Clark and the husband of Heather Marie (nee Colby) Clark. He spent the majority of his life as a resident of South Jersey and recently moved to South Carolina.

Kenny was a 1981 graduate of Cumberland Regional High School and a veteran of the Army Reserve. Kenny spent much of his life working with his family doing Marine Construction. More recently he continued his knowledge of marine construction by working on Lake Marion. During these years he took his construction experience and, along with his wife Heather renovated and sold homes together. Kenny throughout his life enjoyed anything outdoors. He had a great love of riding four wheelers, motorcycle racing, fishing and recently picked up hunting here in South Carolina. To describe him to a tee would be to say he was a jack of all trades and a consummate hustler. He could “sell water to a fish” and come out on top. Kenny was a friend to everyone and an all around good man.

Surviving him besides his wife, Heather of 20 years, are his children: Lauren Camille (Justin) Sloss of Alabama, Brandon Thomas (Jillian) Clark of New Jersey, David Matthew Clark, Zachary Orenge Clark, Tyler Issac Clark, Angelina Grace Clark, Nelly-Hope Brooke Clark of South Carolina, four grandchildren: Danielle Renee & Mackenzie Rae (Lauren), Lily Grace & Jenna Lynn (Brandon),siblings: John Clark, Ronald (Anne) Clark, Kathy Joslin, Anthony Clark, David (Ann) Clark, Barry Clark, Richard (Stacy) Clark and Donna Clark of New Jersey, several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Eleanor, a brother Edward Clark and his sister-in-law’s Mary Lynn Clark, and Karen Clark, and a nephew Barry Clark Jr.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend either of the Celebrations of Kenny’s life, as follows: Saturday, January 7, 2022 at Harvest Church (4619 Hwy 9, Green Sea, SC 29545) starting at 11:00 am, The Barn Men’s Ministry will be hosting lunch for the family and friends following the service at 8402 Joe Brown Hwy S, Clarendon, NC 28432.

Saturday, January 14, 2022 at Fairton United Methodist Church (20 Main Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302) starting at 11:00 am, followed by a luncheon at Cedarville Fire Department Station 17, 30 Maple Ave, Cedarville, NJ 08311
