My beautiful friend and neighbor Lori. Always a smile on your face. You are singing with the angels now but we needed you here. Too young. No goodbyes. Miss you ❤️

Dear sweet Lori. Your lightness, grace, and positivity touched my soul in ways I never had the opportunity to tell you before you were taken away. Although you left us far too early, the memory of your kind, sweet presence will never fade. Nor will the memory of your laugh which always reminded me to laugh too. You will forever be remembered for the beautiful woman, both inside and out, that you were. xxx

Lori, there is not an hour that goes by that I don’t think “I have to tell Lori about that!”. Who will give me the weather report every day, check on me if I missed morning call and just care deeply about me. We shared so much, had fun shopping and going to lunch. I can still remember the first time I saw you and Doug sitting outside. Life on Crescent Lake Drive will not be the same without you. I will miss you everyday my dear friend. Rest in peace.

Helaina, the time you had with your mom was too short but take comfort in knowing you had a wonderful, loving, beautiful mother that thought the world of you. She would want you to be happy and to cherish every moment of everyday. She will always be with you. Moms are never too far away. Take care of yourself.

I am so sorry to hear about Lori’s passing. I will always remember her positive attitude, her smile, her warm and welcoming personality. Her and Doug were one of the first people I got to know here at Calabash Lakes. I use to stop and chat with them when taking my dogs for a walk. It is so sad to lose such a beautiful person so young and quickly. I will never forget her upbeat personality and kindness. God Bless you Lori! Thinking of and praying for Doug, her daughter and her close friend Diane.
