Matthew Patrick Otterbine, 50, passed away Monday, August 29th, 2022 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family.
He was born December 10, 1971 to father, Joseph L. Otterbine and mother, Elizabeth A. Otterbine who proceeded him in death as well as his sister, Susan Witty.
Matthew is survived by his son, Matthew J. Otterbine and daughter, Kathryn EJ Otterbine and wife, Tatiana Otterbine, brother Phil Otterbine, brother Joseph Otterbine, sister Mary Toy and brother Paul Otterbine as well as their families and Susan’s family, all who he loved very much.
Matthew was a hard worker and always willing to help anyone. He loved playing softball with best friend, Martin Bernard, and golfing with his son, Matthew, and watching Denver Broncos games with daughter, Kathryn.
There will be a Celebration of Life held Saturday at 5:30pm at 94 Colonial Heights Drive, Hampstead.
