Sarah Everhart Varnam, 69, of Southport passed away Tuesday April 21, 2020.
Sarah was preceded in death by her sons, Allen Wayne Hartley, Richard (Ricky) Dale Varnam, John K. Varnam III, and a son in-law, Lacy all of Southport.
Sarah is survived by her loving husband, John K. Varnam Jr., daughters, Brenda Alley, Rhonda Schafer and husband(Scott) of Southport, NC , a son, Jacky Dixon and wife(Sheryl) of Rocky Point, NC, and a daughter in- law, Shannon of Southport, NC.
She has seventeen grandchildren and 27 great- grandchildren.
Sarah was a very loving wife, mother, sister, grand mother and great-grandmother, and friend, she truly will be missed by many.
A Celebration of her life will be held: Tuesday April 28th at 2:00 pm at the home.

To a loving Grandmother who help raise me to be who I am today. I love and miss you. In a better place you are with God, other family and friends who have also been chosen to stay in that wonderful place called Heaven.
