Thomas M. Nuccitelli
January 4, 1944 - July 15, 2021

Thomas Michael Nuccitelli, 77, of Alva, FL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC with his children by his side. Thomas was born in Newburgh, NY on Tuesday, January 4, 1944 to the late Nicholas Nuccitelli and Ruby May Williams.


Thomas enlisted in the United States Navy in 1961 and was assigned to the USS Bold. After completing his tour of duty, he was honorably discharged. He lived many places during his lifetime mostly in Beacon, NY and later in Lehigh Acres and Alva FL. He owned several businesses. Thomas was a Mechanic, Carpenter, Iron Worker, but was considered a “Jack of All Trades.” He loved golf, fishing, hunting, gardening and woodworking. He also had a passion for refurbishing and showing classic cars.


He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter Dana Nuccitelli, her husband Merrik Levetan and granddaughter Zaida of Atlanta, GA, his son Aaron Nuccitelli and his wife, Laurie of Richlands, NC, and his partner of 14 years, Annette Polletta of Lehigh Acres, FL. He also leaves behind two sisters, Linda Sampson of AZ and Donna Nuccitelli of OR, as well as, many nieces and a nephew.


He was predeceased by his sister Cheryl Little.


A Private Family Service will be held at the home of Aaron and Laurie on Saturday July 24th.


Thomas will be forever missed by loving family, friends and all who were blessed to know him.

    Sorry to see this about Tom. Very good man. Good to my mother and aunt. I know how awful this is. I lost my dad August 12. He was 97.
