Vickie Ileen Hibler, born March 31, 1952 in Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2022 with family members by her side. Vickie was loved and found joy in photography, painting, and making jewelry.
Vickie loved nature and especially the beauty of the ocean. To honor her wishes, her family will take her to the ocean, and spread her ashes so that she can lay in the very place that brought her peace and joy.
Many close to Vickie know that she struggled with Parkinson’s disease. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, any donations be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation instead to remember/honor her.
Vickie is survived by her son, Pacer; brother Tracy; daughter-in-law, Sandy; grandchildren, Noah, Levi, Izak, Eden, Pacer Jr; niece, Kaylee; nephew, Cory.

You are all in my thoughts always … Vickie was an interesting person and a very talented one too! She gave us several pictures which we have always cherished — very talented lady! Praying that you can only remember the good time! Sorry, that I’m just seeing and know that she is totally at peace now and in perfect health! Thanks for being there — take care!
