William Mack Everett
March 26, 1934 - March 25, 2021

William Mack “Bill” Everett, 86, of Little River, S.C., passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021.  Born March 26, 1934, to William Alfred Everett and Jessie Lloyd Phelps Everett, Bill was the youngest of nine brothers and sisters.  A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a retired safety engineer with the IBM Corporation.

He was married to his late wife, Helene Sparshot Everett July 7, 1959, and had three children (William H. (Billy) Everett, Susan (Sue) Roberts, and James P. Everett).

Preceded in death by his wife, his brothers Johnie Everett, James Wesley Everett, Daniel Cliffton Everett, Herman Everett, and his sisters Estelle Powel, and Shirley Crotty.

He is survived by his brother Van Buren Everett, his sister, Viola E. Zelum, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

    My deepest condolences to the family uncle Billy was a great man an awesome uncle I haven’t seen uncle Billy in many many years but I remember many years in North Carolina / South Carolina/ Virginia Hanging out with the family and making cream on someone’s porch., fishing.. Swimming in the Albemarle sound with all the cousins. Lots of love and prayers.

    So very sorry to hear of the passing of David’s Uncle Billy. We always enjoyed him coming to the Everett’s Family Reunion. He and siblings liked to come up for the Roper School Reunion. I talked with him not long ago and he was so happy with his new home. So sorry I can’t attend his service.
