It is with profound sadness that the family of William (Bill) Tosh announce his peaceful passing at home in Leland, NC on December 22, 2022 at the age of 80. He was born on Thanksgiving Day 1942 in North Braddock, PA and was preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Susan Tosh and older brother, Jim.
In 1966 Bill graduated from Indiana University of PA with a teaching degree. He taught elementary school for several years prior to going into the printing business in Pittsburgh.
Bill was an avid Steelers fan, loved chess and traveling but most of all he enjoyed his family whom he loved very much.
Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Carol: two sons, Adam C. Tosh (Mim) of Anchorage, AK and Christopher W. Tosh (Julie)) of Leesburg, VA along with 4 grandchildren Annabelle, Clara, William and Henry; in-laws, nieces and nephews.
